At nplay, we believe loyal members deserve more than just another chance to play. That's the foundation behind the nplay VIP programme — a carefully designed membership system that ensures every milestone you reach is recognised and rewarded accordingly.
Many nplay users in Malaysia are realising that becoming a VIP member is no longer out of reach. The program is open to all registered members, and upgrades happen automatically based on your playing activity — no need to apply or fill in any special forms.
What sets nplay VIP apart is the balance between convenience and value. You don't have to sacrifice your daily gaming experience just to chase status. Every wager, every session, every transaction — it all counts and contributes to your VIP journey.
From consistent weekly cashback to a dedicated personal account manager for Platinum members, nplay ensures every membership tier feels meaningful and rewarding.
Every tier is designed to deliver increasing value as your loyalty with nplay grows.
All cashback percentages and bonuses are estimates based on gaming activity. Subject to the terms and conditions of the VIP program. Please play responsibly.
Each of these benefits is specially designed to enhance your playing experience and ensure the best value for every VIP member.
Receive automatic weekly cashback based on your total gaming activity. The higher your tier, the greater the cashback percentage — no manual claims required.
Platinum Members enjoy a dedicated account manager who provides personalised assistance — from technical issues to promotion enquiries and account management.
VIP Members enjoy significantly higher daily and weekly withdrawal limits compared to regular members — ensuring your wins are accessible quickly and effortlessly.
From birthday rewards to monthly surprise bonuses, nplay makes sure VIP Members always have something to look forward to throughout the year — no request needed.
Exclusive live casino tables with higher wagering limits and a more premium playing atmosphere — available only to nplay Gold and Platinum VIP members.
Get the latest promotion details 24–48 hours earlier than regular members — giving you the edge to plan ahead and make the most of the best offers.
The process of becoming an nplay VIP member is designed to be simple and transparent. No hidden requirements, no complicated application process — just keep playing and the system handles the rest.
Status upgrades happen automatically once you reach the required playing activity total within the current evaluation period. You will receive an in-account notification and an email when your status is upgraded.
VIP status is reassessed monthly based on your latest playing activity. nplay also provides a personal dashboard within your account to track your progress towards the next tier.
Create a free nplay account in under two minutes. Complete the identity verification (KYC) process to fully activate all account features, including deposits, withdrawals, and VIP programme participation.
Every wager you place at nplay — whether Live Casino, Sports Betting, fish shooting, bingo, or Slots — counts towards your VIP qualification points. The more actively you play, the faster you move up the tiers.
Log in to your account dashboard to view your current standing in the VIP programme. The system displays your progress percentage toward the next tier in real time.
Once your status is upgraded, new VIP benefits are automatically activated in your account — from higher cashback to access to exclusive tables. No further action is required on your part.
